We may receive personal information that you choose to provide when you email us or complete our volunteer interest form. This information may include your name, email address, telephone number, availability, interests, and any other details you submit.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to questions, coordinate volunteers, discuss donations or partnerships, operate foundation programs, and maintain appropriate organizational records. We do not sell personal information.
Google volunteer form
Our Volunteer page contains an embedded Google Form. Information submitted through that form is processed using Google services and may also be subject to the Google Privacy Policy. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that the form does not request.
Website technology
This website does not currently use custom analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider and embedded services may automatically process standard technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and access times, to deliver and secure their services.
Cookies and third-party services
The main TCF website does not currently set its own tracking cookies. Third-party content, including Google Fonts and the embedded Google Form, may use cookies or similar technology under the provider's own policies.
Information sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and volunteer process, or when required by law. We limit sharing to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information you previously submitted, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping needs. You may also choose not to submit information through the website and contact us directly instead.
Children's privacy
This website is not designed to collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian should contact us if they believe a child has submitted personal information.
